Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain a small lump on the gums can be a
canker sore or it can be due to some infection in the gum leading to formation of a small lump filled with pus..
It can also be due to irritation or
injury to the gum by some hard food stuff or something like a toothpick. It can also be a
cold sore caused
herpes infection but it is mostly in the form of cluster and chances are less for it.
Such a small lump is most commonly not anything serious and resolves itself without any medication
What you should do is maintain a good oral hygeine..
Use antimicrobial mouthwash..
Drink plenty of water to maintain good hydration..
Most probably the lump will resolve itself in a week time.. But if it does not resolve or the size increases or if there is pain or the number of lumps increases you should
consult a dentist..
Hope your query is solved..
Thanks and regards..
