What Causes A Small Lump Under The Penis While Having Pearly Penile Papilloma?
I have developed a thin lump on the head of my penis that is about 1/4 long and noticed it a few days ago. It is located under the urethra and extends almost to where the shaft of the penis begins on the under side. I haven t had sex in over 4 years and it was always with a condom. I had oral sex about a year and a half ago. I also have a very small case of pearly penile pappiloma. I don t know if it is something related to this or something new. Currently, there is no pain associated with it. Please help.
you have to see some more things like does it have shininess is it hard if hard then it can be due to syphillis since it has long incubation period and is there any ulcer with it and slight more personal question are you circumscribed or not your regular cleaning of glans skin since you have papilloma it may have spread to urethra and made you feel it you must get it examined since in a mass its always wise to rule out cancer (penile in your case)also you/we have to see for a lymph node in groin area and then only the judgment be given BUT IN ALL SINCE you have papilloma which is herpes virus infection and it can cause penile cancer i would advice you to get it checked hope it helps you regards
