Should I be concerned about a small nodule behind and under my left ear? There is no pain and it feels like there are approx 2 or 3 teeny-tiny moles on the surface of my jaw near or on the nodule. The moles continue to pop up over time and the nodule itself has grown larger over time, now about the diameter of a quarter. I am unable to see this area, so I ve described it as best I can. Thank you for providing some sort of answer. I ve had this for about 10 years and have never had it seen by a doctor.)
