What Causes A Small Pea Size Lump On The Side Of Neck?

hi have had a small pea size lump on the side of my neck for over four months , I get extremely nauses and light head owhen I lift my head up ,everything I eat and drink taste like poison ,my face is also very itchy .I had a partial liver resection 8 years ago due to a large phoconodular hyperplasha /hematoma ..sorry for spelling it wrong I am also on thyrid medicine because I hav a tumor / goider and multiple cysts on my thyroid .

Discussion:- You seems to have multiple medical condition and non of them related with each other neither you have asked any specific question regarding all of these, lump could be lymph node or lipoma in either case this is nothing to worry.
Medication:- NA
Advise:- Past medical history and present complaint are not related and this is nothing to worry.
Comments:- Try to come out of stress if you ever have it.
