What Causes A Small Pink Bump On Foreskin Post Sex?

I have a small bump right beneath the head of my penis... on the top foreskin. It s only 1...and it doesn t hurt but I know it s there if that makes sense. It have a very very small opening and I ve tried to mess with it.. being at the time only clear solution comes out. It s kind of pink with a white top. It appeared about 3 to 5 days after sex... and I ve been putting neosporin on it. Should I be worried or is this normal?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problem you are facing could be a superficial skin infection.
Kindly maintain good genital hygiene by washing the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily. You can continue to apply Neosporin cream twice daily after drying.
Abstain from sexual activities till the lesion heals completely.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
