What Causes A Small Round Shaped Purple Lump On The Top Of The Penis?
hi, yesterday i spotted a small round shaped purple lump on the top of my penis, inside my urethra, at the right side, it doesnt hurt though it stings a little on a scale 1-10 i d say 2-3. it looks like some short of a bruise or some kind of infection, but i dont know, i m pretty sure it cant be there more than 3-4 days i would have noticed, additional info: i havent had sex about 1 month now

You have a small, round purple lump on the top of your penis. It is not hurting you but is causing you discomfort due to the sting. Your symptom may be indicative of rough sex or rough sexual activity. You can apply ointment Soframycin for relief. Get urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done.
Take care of your hygiene, do not indulge in any type of sexual activity. It should get well in 4-5 days, if not you should get it clinically examined by a urologist. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are lichen planus, blemishes, mole, PP, sexually transmitted diseases. Get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. You will be treated accordingly.
