What Causes A Small White Bump On The Navel?

Hi, I 20 yrs. old. I noticed a white small bump in my belly button some weeks ago and it had yellow, smelly discharge. I was advised to just keep it clean and dry and put some water with salt on it. The whiteness is still there, but no more discharge. A couple of days ago , I noticed another bump right beside it. Same thing, no pain, just yellow smelly discharge. What is it? I plan to just do what I did before, but should I be concerned it s something more serious?

Hi dear it could be minor infection due to hair follicles..I advise you to wash the area with antiseptic betadine or savlon twice a day, apply calamine lotion and corticosporin ointment for infection, do not scratch apply ice..it will resolve in a week time, if infection is more than oral antibiotics will be helpful..
