What Causes A Soft And Tender Spot On The Head?
I am an adult female and I have just noticed a tender sunken in soft spot on top of my head I don t know how it got there. It s kinda freaking me out. My head does hurt a lil. I ve had migraines but this just recently happened to where my head is tender and slightly sunken in.

If you are speaking about the sunken soft spot on top of your head which hurts when you mild pressure is applied to it, that is the fontanelle which can be seen in babies, but not for adults. Do consult a doctor for physical examination. No need to freak out.
