What Causes A Soft Lump Near The Anus During Pregnancy?

I m currently 15 weeks pregnant so I m not sure if this issue is because of all the hormonal changes happening in my body. I noticed a soft bump by my anus. I m never constipated and am regular with my bowel movements. It doesn t hurt nor is it painful to the touch.
