What Causes A Sore And Reddish Patch Above Anus?
I have a sore raw red patch right above my anus. It stings but no itching it also appears to be leaking clear fluid but no blood. It has been there for six days and has stayed the same. I ve used an antifungal powder with no results but the powder does help alleviate the stinging. Any ideas what this is and how to treat?

it can be external piles or proctitis. local examination by surgeon is requered for diagnosis and advise on treatment. further signs and symptoms requered for reaching conclusion in diagnosis.
