What Causes A Sore Lump In The Throat?

Hi, I have inhaled the mist from a drain cleaner -sulphuric acid. This was 3 weeks ago but my condition in my throat and airways is getting worse. I have a lump in my throat which is tender to touch and painful to swallow. My throat feels like its burning and I've been a bit wheezy. I've also had jaw pain. I've been prescribed inhalers which helps the wheezing but wondering if I have esophagitis. Thanks
