What Causes A Stiff And Thick White Layer Outside The Ear?
I have a white layer on the outside of my ear, i feel no pain, and when i scratch it with my finger it looks like dandruff. But im sure it s not dandruff from my hair fallen into my ear, because the white layer is stiff and stuck onto my ear, i have to use force to remove it. What could it possibly be?

Your symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest using antifungal cream for local application such as Miconazole cream.
I also suggest using Fluconazole tablet.
