What Causes A Sudden Bulge In The Stomach?

I took my vitamins this morning on an empty stomach I then threw up shortly after. Right after throwing up I had a pretty big bulge pop out of my stomach and when I touched it, it moved around and lasted like 30 seconds. I have no stomach pain and feel fine just really freaked me out is it anything to worry about?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is the complete nonspecific kind of symptoms and it may not be due to any disease or illness so it is nothing to worry, what the swelling you noticed could be distension due to formation of flatulence, flatulence formation may be painful some time but the pain would be very mild in nature and that goes away very soon, hope this information helps.
