What Causes A Sudden Episode Of Blurry Vision?

Hello. I just experienced really strange abnormal vision that is difficult to explain. I was watching TV on my computer, when all of a sudden my vision got disorganized. I can t say it was necessarily blurry, but it looked as though the images in my central and peripheral vision were dancing around. It happened around 9pm tonight, it is now 10:30pm and my vision seems to be at 85-90% normal. I tried to look in a mirror at my iris, cornea, pupils, etc, and from what I could make out, it seemed normal looking. But then again, it was really difficult to see anything at all. I could still walk around without bumping into walls and furniture, but reading the clock, words on paper, text messages... I could sort of make it out, but it took a lot of blinking and frustration. The image kept disappearing on me, like it flew away. I am a 24 year old white female, healthy weight, good health (as far as I know of). This is the first time it happened. Is correcting itself on its own as of now.

it appears you are having computor vision syndrome. in other way it is dry eye syndrome. by stairing at computer you have prevented spread of tear film. this has resulted indry eye. apply artificial tear drop like refresh eye tear drop. and blink your eye. avoid stayaring at computer and change your focus by looking outside through window. wait for some time and you will be normal. avoid continuous stayaring at computor or tv.
