What Causes A Swollen Bump On Top Of The Right Temple?
i have a swollen bump right on top of my right temple. it is swollen to the point where its covering abit of m eye. it has a hard head and i thought it was a pimple. i tryed popping it but it just made it bigger its red abit and hurts. it is maybe the size of a golf ball. what could it be?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it is a boil, due to bacterial infection on the temple. Never try to pop it , it may become septic infection. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need ti have an incision, and drainage of the swelling. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, ranitidine, diclofenac , and paracetamol. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
