What Causes A Swollen Lymph Node Behind The Ear?

my daughter came home today with a swollen lymph node beneath her ear. she also said her throat hurt and and she was light headed i kind of wrote it off until she fell to the floor still awake but with extremely dialated eyes. thinking its dehydration but want a second opinion.

She is most likely having an infection . kindly take her to ENT surgeon.she may need antibiotics and painkillers
