Hi..
Thanks for the query..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain swollen taste buds and sore tip of tongue can be due to ulceration of the tongue caused due to burning of the tongue mucosa..
Secondly blisters over the tongue can be due to causes like canker sores that can be due to causes like deficiency of iron and Vitamin B12, dry mouth, traumatic injury to tongue etc..
It can also be due to Herpes Virus infection causing cold sores while can also be due to Bullous Pemphegoid..

For confirmation of exact cause consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and investigations like Biopsy, oral swab culture and blood tests etc as per requirement can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

As of now you can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve pain, do antiseptic mouthwash gargles, take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, suck ice pops and do cool water rinses, avoid spicy and hard foods, drink plenty of water..

Hope this information helps..

Regards.
