What Causes A Tingling And Burning Sensation In My Veins?

i feel like some thing are walking into my blood vein and burning, in my legs,hands.head, thigh . i went to a doctor he said it was UTI but the feel is persisting, especially when i am idol (siting or sleeping). i come to think it might be HIV virus.
i am confused, help.

This is not due to HIV virus. There is no tingling in veins.Actually this is twitching of the muscles due to the irritation of the nerves supplying the muscles. Nothing serious.
