thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com.... well it looks like a fungal infection with the itch and the discharge as you have said....maybe it can be some allergic reaction from condoms like some people have latex allergy etc... do the following- take fluconazole tablets for fungal infection take cetrizine tablets for allergic reaction and itching maintain genital cleanliness avoid sex for few days if it does not resolve, you can see a DERMATOLOGIST... hope this was useful.... regards
