What Causes A Transparent Layer Of Soft Skin On Lips Every Morning?
I have a white, transparent- like film of soft skin tht appears on my lips every morning. They constantly get dry and pasty during the course of the day and i have 2 keep wiping and licking them in order to remove this white, transparent- like film. Also my body feels weak and i sometimes suffer from joint pain which in turn makes me feel lathargic. Ive never had this problem before and its been goin on for a while. What do you think it is? and what should i do abt it?
Based up on your complaints, dehydration may be reason. Dehydration makes the lips dry, causes joint pain and muscle pain. Decreased water intake also makes you tired and boring all the day. Even it can disturbs your sleep. So, drink enough fluids at least 40ml per Kilogram unless any limitations for fluid intake.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Pradeepraj, General & Family Physician
