What Causes A Tugging Pain From Navel To Vagina?

Hi I have a pulling sensation from my belly button to my vagina. It hurts even if I stand up straight, feels like it s pulling. Also, when I urinate it feels like it s pulling. Is it perhaps a bladder infection as I drunk quite a lot of alcohol over the weekend.

Welcome to HCM
This is Dr Amit. I can understand your concern very well
As per my opinion from your history it seems that you are having uterine prolapse but as you have not mentioned about your age and other menstrual and obstetric history we cannot pinpoint the diagnosis. Uterine prolapse is very common in females age around 45-60 years and common presentation is pulling sensation, tugging pain and something coming out from vagina sensation. I will advice you to consult gynecologist as early as possible. He/she will do pelvic examination along with other tests like ultrasound and start the treatment accordingly
