Hello,
Sometimes you may have such symptoms due to muscle injuries,
nerve damage, wearing poorly fitting shoes or
electrolyte imbalance. Avoid addictions if any. Stay well hydrated, take ORS, Soups & juice.
Wear a comfortable pair of shoes, maintain a healthy weight, maintain your blood sugar levels to normal if diabetic.
Visit ER, get physically examined, get done Nerve conduction test & nerve biopsy, EEG under a
neurologist to rule out any developing
Peripheral Neuropathy.
However, Dystonia may present with symptoms of twisting movements, pain,
involuntary movements which may complicate to tremors if left untreated. Your treating doctor may tell you to do some blood tests, MRI(spine & brain) & EMG if required to detect & assess the severity of dystonia OR to rule out dystonia.
Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the pathology & illness detected.
