What Causes A Very Dry,scaly & Black Hands On The Inside?
yes I have very dry ,scaly and black hands,on the inside, I have seen numerous docter,taken a skin test, just about everything, they dry up as soon as the ointment is appled,they are scaly,and itch very badly,I work in a refinery and think that maybe I HAVE USED SOMETHING THERE,IT LOOKS LIKE DERMITIES

Use a moisturizer frequently. In addition, I suggest you use a potent topical steroid e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% ointment, twice daily.
