What Causes A Wart On The Toe And Rash On Neck In A Child?

My daughter is a gymnast 11 years of age. She has had a wart on her toe and frequently gets a rash on her neck and chest. Could she have HPV from the gym floor where she does gymnastics and shares all the equipment with other kids older, younger, and about the same age?

Thanks for the query.
A wart is a skin growth caused by some types of the virus called the human papillomavirus (HPV).
Redness on neck region may be allergic-type reactions in some people. If you rule out detergent, soap, or any other lotions, then you should consider a possible allergic reaction during exercise due to the release of histamines.
For warts you can use salicylic acid and for rash on neck try some emolleint cream after consulting with the doctor.
Better diagnosis can be made by watching photos.
Hope i helped you.
