What Causes A Weird Neck Cringe Or Twitch During A Haircut?

Hi, I have this weird neck cringe/twitch when I am gettin a haircut. It doesn't hurt or anything, it's just inconvinient. Also, the only time this cringe happens is when I am getting a haircut and no other time. Is there anything we can do about this?

Hi.
Practically speaking there is no such disease or disorder which can give such sensation only during haircut and no other time.
It appears this sensation might have connected to some sort of an incidence in the past / when you were a child or so.

Please do not worry about it and there is no treatment for this.
