What Causes A White Ball Between The Opening Of Vagina While Left Unshaved?

I recently noticed that every time it has been a while since I had last shaved, this white ball develops between the opening of my vagina and it develops bigger and gets covered in hair. Is this just a result of not shaving often or is it something I should be worried about?

It sounds like you have developed a cyst or abscess. it is best to have a doctor take a look at this and see if it needs to be removed or opened and drained. I hope it gets resolved soon.
