Hi! I have a small whitish bump on my hard palate that I noticed a couple of days ago. I have check my mouth and don t have any other white patches or other issues. It is not painful and it is not soft. It is a very small bump like a pimple. Please diagnose
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of white bump on hard palate which seems to be due to irritation of overlying mucosa caused by eating hard foods and it could be due to minor trauma.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit oral physician once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. You should avoid intake of sharp and spicy food substances. Drink plenty of fluids. You should apply numbing gel over palate area to relieve pain. Take diet rich in soft substances. Take diet rich in multivitamins.
