General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

White patch on head of penis can be a sequence of previously not diagnosed fungal infection most likely. Minor number of patients with previous herpes also present in same way after healing of blister (but in that case, you must have noticed the blister obviously).

Kindly upload a high resolution photograph of the lesion for best possible evaluation and guidelines ahead.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
