What Causes Abdomen And Hip Pain, Frequent Urination, Poor Appetite And Bloating?
Hi I'm a 40 year old woman experiencing quite severe pain in my lower abdomen on the right, kind of near my hip. It's deep inside and clearly not my hip. I feel I am frequently urinating and my appetite is not very good. I seem to feel full even though I only eat half of what is in my plate and sometimes less. I also sometimes feel a bit bloated. I'm more concerned that the pain is connected.
HI. The causes of the pains as per your history may be related to the appendicitis or other structures in the right lower quadrant. You have a pain on the right lower abdomen, frequent urination, inability to eat and feeling bloated even on half of the diet you take can be related to other causes like : Urinary tract infection, cystitis. PID or IBS. Get investigations of endoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen along with routine blood, urine and stool. The further treatment will depend upon the reports .
