I ve had lower belly cramps over last 4 days...they have subsided greatly but I still have a lot of bloating Things I ve eaten last week that I don t usually eat have been: honey, almonds, herb tea (black berry) I was to my obgyn 5 weeks ago and got a clean bill of health (pap smear)
