What Causes Abdomen Pain And Light Pink Spotting While Urination?

Hello, so my girlfriend is having major stomach pain and light pink spotting after she pees. We have had unprotected sex last month, but i pulled out and she is also on the birthcontroll shot that lasts 3 months. She is getting her second dose in 2 days. What could be causing this?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

This can be due to the condition called urinary tract infection so I think that a urine routine investigation will be required for this condition. Start taking urinary alkalizing syrups, maintain local hygiene.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
