What Causes Abdomen Pain, Urge To Vomit, Frequent Urination And Missing Periods?

lately I have not been feeling myself. I've been having sharp pains in my stomach, feeling like I have to vomit, and using the bathroom a a lot. I have not had my period for this month. I took a pregnancy test to make sure that I'm not feeling this way because of pregnancy but it came out negative and it has been two weeks since I haven't had my period.

I would suggest you to repeat the pregnancy urine test after a week .
Take tab nimi BD tab Omee BD tab Vomidil BD for one week it will give you some relief.
Also consult your OBGYN and get the checkup done.
