What Causes Abdominal And Pelvic Pain During Pregnancy?
I m officially pregnant. I took a regnancy test last weekend and turned out positive. My last period began on 1/31/14. I have been having cramps and sometimes when I sneeze I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen , above the pelvic area. Is that something I should worry about?

It is 2016, and I am sure you already have your precious baby in your arms. But either way, some cramps are normal during pregnancy, especially during the first trimester as your baby grows. So do not worry, but I am sure you already know that.
