Hello and welcome to HCM, Lower abdominal pain, pain radiating to testicles and low grade fever are suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI). UTI is most commonly due to stone in the urinary tract. I suggest you get an ultrasound abdomen for assessing the status of kidney and urinary tract. Consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and relevant investigations. In case stone is detected in the kidney or urinary tract, management will be decided by the size and location of the stone.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
