What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Constipation?

I have a lot of problems. My stomach rarely ever bloats but when it does it goes away within hours. These past few days I havent pooped much. I began getting a bigger stomach making me look like I was pregnant, i usually have a flat stomach. Then yesterday i stayed home and drank a whole carton of orange juice with miralax powder. i was in the bathroom every few minutes. My stomach finally got smaller. I didnt eat much today due to my decreased appetite. I was very very gassy. My stomach bloated again after not eating much besides a small dinner meal.
