What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Back Pain?

Hello, I m a 27 year old female. The past two weeks I have been experiencing extream bloating and lately back pain. I am 5/8 and 133 pounds and look 3 months pregnant. I feel very bloated after meals. Tea isn t helping. Everything is regular, I eat healthy, but do smoke on and off. Should I be concerned? I am NOT pregnant. Lol

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you may need to use antacids like Omeprazole before meals alongside motility agents like domperidone or Itapride.

Avoiding junk food, fizzy drinks and spices is a must. You can split meals into smaller portions and don't lye down right after taking meals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
