What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Chills?

i have started doing yoga the last two days - today 3 hours before i was suppose to go my stomach was extremely bloated and i had the shivers - i stopped off at home where it took my a few hours just to look up - i still have not eaten - although my husband gave me motrin because he figured i had a temperature - my stomach felt tight - and anything sitting on it was really a problem - it felt like there were weights on it even when nothing was on it - also - i ve been drinking water the last two days - but today i feel really dihydrated - was i just trying to get out of yoga class - im planning on going tomorrow

Certain degree of bloating is normal but in case of excessive bloating it may be sign of food allergy, hiatal hernia ,IBS or inflammatory bowel diseases.
So you should do gastroenterologic work up but first try to change your dietary habits, it means: eat smaller meals but more frequently, avoid fried and spicy food, take menta tea, avoid alcohol and coffee, eat probiotics and milk products, boiled food and vegetables.
Also, there are medications such as Flobian,Magnesium oxide or certain Laxatives which may relieve such symptoms of this continue. If there wont be improvement on these measures, you should consider doing diagnostic tests such as colonoscopy, anal sphincter manometry and food allergy testing.
