My daughter, 21 yrs, old is experiencing lots of bloating, its not constipation she believes its her digestion. 2 weeks ago we started a very healthy eating plan, high protein and low carb. The carbs we are eating include most veggies, broccoli, califlower, letuce, sparaguas, cucumbers, spinach and so much more. I don t have reaction to anything, only her, she s experience lots of bloading as she s loosing weight. We have cut out the brocali & califlower and she s still feeling this way. What can we do?
