What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Cramps Along With Lower Back Pain?

Hi I have been two and frowing with my GP over severe abdominal cramping shooting at times bloating and pain in lower back.. I have been suffering PND since my son was born one year ago.. I am always tired and not interested in food.. I always have a 28 day cycle but now have missed a period done a test but not pregnant.. i am now concerned for ovarian cancer as the shooting pain is generally on my left side then travels across the bottom of my tummy and into my lower back..

Hello,

I don't think this situation is related to ovarian cancer but yet you need to do a total gynecological check-up doing an ultrasound, pap smear and colposcopy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
