Recently my bowel habits have changed. I have taken Braggs vinegar with water every day in the morning for the past 6 months to help me not to be constipated and for past month I experience a movement every time I go to empty my bladder which is gassy, thin and watery. It is almost like when you go for tests and have to clean yourself out. I have stayed off the vinegar for about a week now but the symptom has not changed
Hello. I feel you are having gastritis or acid peptic disease. Along with that you may be having irritable bowel syndrome. You need to consult a gastro-enterologist. Right now you need to follow some lifestyle tips to prevent gastritis
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
