What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Excessive Burping While Suffering From Jaundice?

Hi i am ridima ....my husband have jaundice before 2 months ago....his last sgpt was 28 after recovering from it .... He is anemic nd haemoglobin 10.3 alwys remains..his ana test was weak positive before 2 months ago but after recovering its was normal... He was taking udiliv 300 nd heptral 400 nd vitamin e capsule evion .. He has gas issues ... In every 15-20 days gas issues occurs.. It creates uneasy for him ... Feels fatigue ....gas burps just comes up from mouth... Now after 2 months we randomly check for sgpt it was 47 nd bilirubin 2.6 ...doctors say that due to genetic blood disorder ...it will remain like dis...so what do i do.. ? Dis jaundice is repeated 2 times like dis ...but now it 47 what should i do??
