bloating and acid are likely related to
GERD (

In terms of the weight gain, a change of diet and increased physical activity may help with this. Because you may not be as active as you would have been when working, you would have to set aside a time to exercise.
Decrease the use of any fruit drinks or sodas and you may have to change the composition of your meals. The main diets used for
weight loss are the low fat/low calorie diet and the low carb diet, you can choose the one that best suits you.
