Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Based on your symptoms, I would like to check for
renal dysfunction and associated hypertension.
Would you clarify a few things for me, please?
• Are you male or female?
• How old are you?
• What are your height and weight?
• Do you smoke or consume alcohol?
• Do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
• Any family history of kidney disease, hypertension, and heart disease?
• Have you have any surgeries?
I recommend:
• A physician and
nephrologist consult
• Ultrasound abdomen
• Blood tests (
complete blood count, kidney and liver function tests, blood glucose levels,
lipid profile, and
thyroid stimulating hormone levels)
• Electrocardiogram and echocardiogram
Based on this we can find out what is going on.
Your urine tests indicate a kidney pathology which is probably associated with hypertension.
Please see a doctor right away. The earlier the treatment, the better.
Wish you a good health.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Prabhakar Laxman Jathar
