What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Palpitations While Taking Nexium?
I have been having bloating and a lot of digestive gurgling going on. I am not nauseous, am not short of breath but I have been getting palpitations. Could they be coming from my stomach pressing on my heart. I have been taking Nexium OTC for 4 days so far.

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). I can be a part of reflux disease as it can lead to tachycardia. But still I will advise you to visit a doctor for physical and cardiac check up.
