Hi,

Bloating and urinary incontinence may be due to irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance or anemia or infection or uterine prolapse or prolapse of urinary bladder etc.

You may need to get it done ultrasound abdomen, ECG, urine examination and per vaginal examination etc.

Avoid spicy food and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
