General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be an acid reflux and gastritis. It is unrelated to rotator cuff and may be due to side effects of anesthetic drugs. As a first line management, antacids like Omeprazole or Pantoprazole can be tried. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
