What Causes Abdominal Bloating While On Diltiazem And Metoprolol?

I have Afib and a mediacine Eilguis 5mg Diltiazem 240mg 1 a day. Metoprolol 25 mg twice a day I was so blotted that I asked for a water pill Which is Hydrochlorothiazid 12.5 My question is I am I hurting my self buy taking a water pill . dr is not to keen on giving it to me ?

Hi,

In fact I have little reservation over your medicines. Most of the times we don't use both Deltiazin and Mmetoprolol at the same time as some times they can slow down heart too much. So you should talk to your doctor about this.

Regarding the water pill, it may not cause any big problem however it is never good practice to take drugs not advised by your doctor. So try not to take medicine with out your doctor prescription.
