What Causes Abdominal Bloating While On Enzoplex For Arthritis?

I have been taking Enzoplex for one week for my arthritis. It has seemed to help a lot afteer only a few days. My stomach has been feeling a little funny, bloated, etc. My anus has been itchy. Some gas and small bowel movements. My stool has been a little watery. Today, right after waking, I had a release of gas that immediate and not able to stop. I was watery feces. I cleaned everthing -- myself, under wear, the floor. On the bamboo hardwood floor in the dining room, there were three pieces, of small brown worms maybe a half inch with rings around its body. The longest most complete piece appreared to have an eye on the front of its body. It looked like a sild worm to me? There is a substance called Serrapeptase which is taken from the silk worm. Is this possible that an egg(s) has hatched inside of me and if so what can I do. At first, this Enzoplex made me feel so good. I had much more movement, less pain and more energy. I think I became an inch taller. I would hate to stop taking this but I am now scared. It is Saturday here. I could go to a walkin clinic or the emergency room. Can you please help me?
