There can be various reasons for swollen tummy and bowel disturbances. It can be due to infections in the stomach and intestine (enteritis, colitis or gastritis). It may be associated with the kind of food you have eaten. Sometimes stress and anxiety can also cause such symptoms. So first of all take bland food. Avoid fatty, oil and spicy food. Take plenty of fluids.
As far as the pregnancy is concerned, you need to look for it. Pregnancy also can produce such symptoms. So you need to keep a check on your missed period. If your symptoms persist then go for some investigations like complete blood count, CRP, liver function tests, urine test, pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen. This will help us to make exact diagnosis and plan treatment accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
