Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 45 yo male, 6'1" and 222 lbs.; smoker. I am experiencing a great deal of bloating during the day. By the evening time, my abdomen is severely distended. However, by the morning, my abdomen is flat. My bowels move regularly, I don't eat a lot of "gassy" foods and have drastically reduced the amount of soda I drink, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm not experiencing abdominal pain. I'm not sure what to do to alleviate this. Any suggestions?
